Our project process is staged out and tailored to ensure that our clients get the best result. From design, to production, to final installation, ISO offers professional project management and processes that ensure our creative projects meet the clients expectations, and make sure… it stands out.

Send us information

Send us information and a brief outline of your project requirements and specifications. Photos, measurements, location, budget and a description of your project is the best starting point.

Approve our estimate

We will respond to your enquiry with any specific queries about the project and will also supply a brief estimate for the project. This is where we are able to set a tailored solution for your project and can define the job further.

A formal quote

The job has now been fully defined with you and we send across a formal quote that covers the project specifications and requirements. The quote is now at the approval stage for the job to proceed.

Pay the deposit

The formal quote has been approved and a deposit payment is made by you to begin the process of design work for the project. Once the deposit has been made we get started on the design for your project.

Concept designs sent

We submit the designs for your approval. We allow for 2 design alterations and refinements for standard projects as part of the design process to ensure your requirements and specifications are met.

Approve the artwork

The artwork at this stage has been refined and is ready to go. At this stage you sign off on the final artwork and we can get started on organising all the materials and installation requirements for the project.

Production and Installation

This is where we get into it! We get into production, painting and installation of the finished project and make your creative project a reality!
